Day 2

Breakfast Assorted cereals, yoghurt, rusks, muffins, scrambled eggs, bacon, venison mince, hash browns, toast
Lunch Soup, tuna pasta salad, sweetcorn, green salad, vetkoek, fish, chips, lasagne, jelly and custard and tin fruit
Dinner Vegetable Soup, butternut, green beans, mixed veg, roast potatoes, rice, rooster brood, venison stew, impala roast, hot chocolate pudding and cream

Day 3

Breakfast Assorted cereals, yoghurt, rusks, muffins, French toast, bacon, fried tomato, chips, sausage
Lunch Soup, green salad, potato salad, coleslaw, Hamburgers, chips, fried chicken, fruit salad and ice cream
Dinner

Tomato Soup, rooster brood, cauliflower mash, gemsquash with sweet corn, roasted potatoes, stuffed steak (wtih smoked oyster, garlic, and cheese), pork roast, milk tart and ice cream

Day 4

Breakfast Assorted cereals, yoghurt, rusks, muffins, fried eggs, bacon, chips, toast, venison mince
Lunch Soup, green salad, bean salad, carrot salad, vetkoek, braai steak and mushroom sauce, babotie, rice, jelly & custard and tin fruit
Dinner Bone Soup, carrots, sweet potato, broccoli and cheese sauce, potatoes, rice, rooster brood, roast venison, whole venison backstrap/fillet, apple crumble and ice cream

Day 5

Breakfast Assorted cereals, yoghurt, rusks, muffins, poached eggs, mince, bacon, fried tomato, sausage, toast
Lunch Soup, green salad, potato salad, sweetcorn, vetkoek, spaghetti bolognaise, venison pie, chocolate mousse, and ice cream
Dinner Chicken & Corn Chowder, rooster brood, pumpkin, baby marrow, peas, potato bake, T-bone steaks, cheese sauce, mustard sauce, lemon meringue and ice cream

Last night before clients leave or during safari...

Starter Rostile and venison soup
Dinner Potato bake, curry baked beans with fried onions, corn on the cob, mpongongo with tomato and onion mix, baked whole onion in foil, toast with tomato, onion and cheese, lamb chops, game sosaties, boerewors. We compliment this dinner by serving South African red wine and castle lager proudly brewed in South Africa.
